Galaxy Patrol Jako #10 review

Just when Jako thinks that the world will finally come to know his true name, a caricature that looks nothing like him gets passed around. To hardcore Toriyama Akira fans, this should be a very welcome development. I even daresay that Toriyama himself probably wants to continue things at a relaxed, comedic pace like this. A lot of people are probably waiting for the manga to develop into a “harder” series like Dragon Ball, but I bet if they forced Toriyama to start working really hard again, he wouldn’t be able to continue for much longer. Fighting isn’t always about winning! Try putting yourself in his shoes. The art still feels a little on the chilly side, but I think Toriyama still has yet to warm up his engines. And I’m happy to wait.
